Juror
Geanna M. Barlaam received her BA in Art History from Georgetown University, Washington, DC and her Master of Letters in London, UK. Barlaam is currently with the Metropolitan Museum of Art in New York. Prior to joining the Met, Barlaam obtained comprehensive knowledge and experience at Swann Auction Galleries in New York, the Peggy Guggenheim Museum in Venice, Italy, and The Walters Art Museum in Baltimore, MD.

Contest Details
All media is accepted. Installations must be approved prior to deadlines, as they are subject to denial based on size and manner of installing. Substitute submissions may be necessary.
Entry Fee: $35 for members of the Marietta/Cobb Museum of Art; $40 for non-members. Please make check payable to Marietta/Cobb Museum of Art. Visa and MasterCard are accepted. A maximum of 3 submissions are accepted per entry fee. Entries are incomplete until all fees, forms and images are received by MCMA. MCMA is given consent to use submitted images for any future promotional purposes. Entry fees are non-refundable.
Sales: All accepted works will be priced or indicated NFS (not for sale). The Marietta/Cobb Museum of Art will receive a 30% commission on all sales made during the exhibition.

Submissions
Images submitted are to be un-enhanced and un-manipulated in high resolution JPG format via Email or on disk. DO NOT embed the image in the text of an Email and DO NOT send files that are embedded in any applications that must be run in order to view the images. Only one digital image may be submitted for each 2-dimensional work. A maximum of 3 digital images may be submitted for each 3-dimensional work. No slides will be accepted. Entries may be no larger than 80 in. X 80 in. framed.

When naming images, please adhere to the following naming convention:

Please note that there are no spaces and words are distinguished by capital letters.
Example:

Entry 3: EmilyR.LovelyAnna.jpg

Conditions
All entries must be original work. Work must be recent and must not have been previously shown at MCMA. All photography submissions must be one of a limited edition, numbered, and not showing elsewhere during Metro Montage. All images must be framed appropriately with a wire hanger. Sawtooth hangers are not acceptable. Gallery canvases need not be framed if canvas is painted on the sides. Works inadequately framed will be disqualified. Any accepted art that arrives altered or different in any way from the submissions will also be disqualified. Works that do not meet MCMA requirements and standards will be disqualified.
